RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING


Shareholders are advised that at the annual general meeting of Attacq held on Thursday, 24 November 2016 (in terms of the notice
dispatched on Tuesday, 25 October 2016) all the resolutions tabled thereat were passed by the requisite majority of the Attacq
shareholders.

Details of the results of voting at the annual general meeting are as follows:

-      total number of Attacq shares eligible to vote at the annual general meeting:748 582 777.
-      total number of Attacq shares that were present/represented at the annual general meeting:479 931 378 being 64% of the total
       number of Attacq shares that could have been voted at the annual general meeting.
