NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN THE FINANCIAL YEAR END

Eqstra became a subsidiary of enX Group Limited on 8 November
2016. The year-end of Eqstra was changed to August 2017 to align
with the Issuer’s new holding company’s year-end. Eqstra will
have a 14-month year-end period for 2017.
