RETRACTION OF TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF AN ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES ANNOUNCEMENT


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by enX on 22 November 2016, in response to a
TRP121.1 notification received by enX from PSG Asset Management Proprietary Limited (“PSG”)
informing enX of the increase in PSG’s shareholding in the company to 9.02%. PSG has subsequently
informed the company of an error in PSG’s previous notification and shareholders are advised that PSG’s
shareholding is 2.92% of enX’s total issued shares and not 9.02% as previously disclosed.

Accordingly, no notice in terms of section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 was required and the
announcement released on 22 November 2016 is retracted.
