Shareholders are advised that Coronation’s Annual Financial Statements for the year ended
30 September 2016, have been released today and will be available in the Shareholder Information
section of the Company’s website www.coronation.com within an hour of this release.

These statements contain no changes to the Company’s Reviewed Preliminary Condensed
Consolidated Financial Results for the year ended 30 September 2016, which were released on the
Stock Exchange News Service on 15 November 2016. An unqualified audit report has been issued by
EY.
