CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Sisanda
Tuku has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
to the board of Gaia with immediate effect.

Ms Tuku is a qualified Chartered Accountant (SA) with a BCom degree
in Accounting and Statistics from the University of Cape Town and
a BCom Honours degree in Accounting from the University of Natal.
Ms Tuku is currently an executive director at Basis Points Capital
Proprietary Limited (“Basis Points Capital”) heading up the
financial advisory team. She has over ten years’ experience in
financial services with a specific focus on structured finance,
financial    advisory,   capital   raising,   corporate    finance,
infrastructure and Public Private Partnerships advisory. She
recently completed a leadership programme with Harvard Business
School and Insead.

Prior to joining Basis Points Capital, Ms Tuku was a financial
consultant at Investec Bank Limited.

The chairman and the board wish to welcome Ms Tuku and look forward
to her contributions.
