CHANGE TO COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, shareholders are advised that HCI Managerial
Services Proprietary Limited has resigned as Company Secretary
of the Company with effect from 16 November 2016.

Further to the above, Deneb has appointed Ms Cheryl Philip (a
fellow of the institute of Chartered Secretaries Southern
Africa) as the Company Secretary of the Company with immediate
effect.
