GENERAL MEETING AND NO CHANGE STATEMENT

Metrofile Holdings’ Integrated Report, Company Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 30 June 2016 and Notice of Annual
General Meeting are available on the Company’s website
www.metrofileholdings.com and have been distributed to
shareholders on 16 November 2016. There is no change from the
Company’s reviewed provisional results for the year ended 30
June 2016 published on the Stock Exchange News Service (SENS) of
the JSE on 29 August 2016.

Annual general meeting

The annual general meeting of shareholders of Metrofile Holdings
will be held at Summer Place, 69 Melville Road, Hyde Park, 2196,
Gauteng on Wednesday, 14 December 2016 at 10:00, to transact the
business as stated in the Notice of the Annual General Meeting
forming part of the Integrated Report.
