Notice is hereby given, in terms of paragraphs 3.63 to 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of the
JSE Limited, of the below transactions in respect of the company’s shares by executive directors
and the company secretary of the company and by executive directors of a major subsidiary of the
company (collectively “the participants”).
All awards of shares and appreciation rights (in which the interests of all the participants are direct
and beneficial) were subject to performance conditions, were accepted on 11 November 2016, are
pursuant to the company’s 2012 share plan, vest over 3, 4 or 5 year periods at the percentages
per annum specified below, relate to the ordinary shares of the company, were made at a volume
weighted average price of R67.77 per share, have received the prescribed clearance and took
place off-market.
