APPOINTMENT OF INTERIM GROUP COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Altron on SENS on 30 August
2016, advising that Mr AG Johnston would be resigning as the group company secretary of
Altron with effect from 15 November 2016.
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 (a) of the JSE Limited’s Listings Requirements,
shareholders are advised that with effect from 16 November 2016, Mr WK Groenewald will be
appointed as the interim group company secretary of Altron. A further announcement
regarding the appointment of a permanent group company secretary will be made in due
course.
Mr Groenewald is an admitted attorney and holds the B Com LLB degrees. He is also an
associate member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries of Southern Africa and was
previously the Altech and Altron TMT company secretary.
The board thanks Mr Johnston for his dedicated commitment and service to the Altron group
over the past 11 years and welcomes Mr Groenewald to this interim position.
