The Securities were issued by the Issuer under its ZAR 1,000,000,000 Limited Recourse Secured Debt Issuance Programme (the Programme) and were listed on the Interest Rate Market of the JSE Limited (the JSE) under instrument code number DOL007. The terms and conditions of the Securities are detailed in the Information Memorandum dated 22 July 2014 (the Information Memorandum which was supplemented by the Supplemental Information Memorandum dated 20 August 2014 (the Supplemental Information Memorandum)) and the JSE Placement Document for purposes of inward listing the Programme on the Interest Rate Market of the JSE and was issued in conjunction with, and incorporates by reference, the Information Memorandum and the JSE Placement Document. Securityholders are advised that the Issuer will purchase ZAR 50,000,000 in nominal amount of the Securities (the Repurchase) on 15 November 2016 (the Repurchase and Cancellation Date). This constitutes a repurchase of the Securities pursuant to Bearer Securities Base Condition 9 (Purchase) (described in the Information Memorandum) as supplemented by paragraph 26 of the Issue Terms (which form part of the Supplemental Information Memorandum).
