summarised audited consolidated financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2016 have been published and
can be viewed on Greenbay’s website (www.greenbayprop.mu).

Greenbay has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd and a secondary listing on the Alternative
Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
