TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SECURITIES


In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies Act”), Regulation 121(2)(b)
of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are
advised that on 7 November 2016, Octodec received notification that clients of Catalyst Fund Managers (Pty) Ltd
(“Catalyst”) had, in aggregate:
    - acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of Octodec, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of
        Octodec held by Catalyst’s clients amounted to 5% of Octodec’s total issued shares; and
    - disposed of an interest in the ordinary shares of Octodec, such that the total interest in the ordinary shares of
        Octodec held by Catalyst’s clients amounted to 4.97% of Octodec’s total issued shares.
