The CoreShares S&P Global Property Exchange Traded Fund (“CoreShares Global Prop”)
portfolio, a portfolio in CoreShares Global Investments PCC (A Mauritius protected cell public
company limited by shares). The Fund is an approved Foreign Collective Investment Scheme
in terms of Section 65 of the Collective Investment Scheme Control Act 2002. The Fund is
managed by CoreShares ETF Manager Limited (“CEM” or “the Manager”) and is further
represented in South Africa by CoreShares Index Tracker Managers RF (Pty) Ltd.
Listing of 280 000 additional GLPROP Securities
280 000 additional GLPROP securities have been issued and listed. The initial listing was for
2 217 983 securities which, after application of the rounding methodology, was adjusted to 2
217 966 securities. Following this listing and the adjustment there will be 2 497 966 securities
in issue with effect from today. An issue price of USD 2.42 (approximately R32.58) per security
was applied to the new listing.
