DIRECTORATE CHANGE


Following on from the announcement made on 10 October 2016 it is confirmed that Mark Bourgeois has stepped down as a
Director of Capital & Regional plc effective from today. Mark will remain assisting the business until his employment with the
Company ceases at the end of the year.
