AVAILABILITY OF THE ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Bidvestco wishes to advise  noteholders of the Issuer’s
ZAR9,000,000,000 Domestic Medium Term Note Programme dated 3
September 2012 that the annual financial statements of the Issuer and
the Guarantor, being The Bidvest Group Limited, for the year ended 30
June 2016 are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered
office.

The annual financial statements have also been made available on the
Bidvest Group website at www.bidvest.co.za.
