CHANGES TO THE BOARD

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements, the Board of Directors of Stellar Capital
(“Board”) is pleased to announce the appointment of
Mr Moses (Moss) M Ngoasheng as a non-executive director to the
Board, with effect from 26 October 2016.

Moss is the CEO and Deputy Chairman as well as the co-founder
of Safika Holdings – an Investment Holding company with a
broad range of interests in the mining, industrial, gaming,
financial services, telecommunications and technology sectors
of the economy.

He served from 1995 to 2000 as economic adviser in the South
African Presidency. He consulted to the World Bank and
National Housing Forum (South Africa) on aspects of economic
policy in South Africa. Moss serves on the boards of Dimension
Data (Middle East and Africa), South African Breweries, Torre
Industries, Winsaf an Australian based Private Equity Fund and
Business Leadership South Africa to mention but a few. He is
also a Trustee of the Nelson Mandela Children’s Hospital.

The Board welcomes Moss and looks forward to his contribution.
