Investec Bank Limited, as Issuers of the above Autocall Index Warrants (Autocalls), hereby notifies holders of their
automatic option expiry which occurred on 21 October 2016 (see the related securities above).

On 21 October 2016 (the Valuation and Exercise Date), the Index Level was 2,141.16 therefore the Autocalls
automatically exercise and expire on the 21 October 2016, and the Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount
determined as follows:

Cash Settlement Amount = Reference Amount x 120% = ZAR1,200.00

The Cash Settlement Amount per Autocall held on 21 October 2016 will automatically accrue to the holder via
instruction through STRATE.

Holders will receive the Cash Settlement Amount of R1,200.00 on 31 October 2016 for every warrant held.
