AVAILABILITY OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

Investors are referred to the announcement released on the Stock Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited on
12 September 2016, advising that the Issuer’s annual financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 are
available on the SABMiller Plc website. Investors are also referred to the 6 October 2016 announcement advising
of the change of name of the guarantor of the Issuer’s obligations under its ZAR6,000,000,000 Domestic Medium
Term Note Programme from SABMiller Plc to SABMiller Limited following its re-registration as a private company.

As a result of the business combination of Anheuser-Busch InBev SA/NV and the guarantor, the SABMiller
website is no longer operational and all financial information regarding the Issuer has been moved to Anheuser-
Busch InBev SA/NV’s website:
