Unless otherwise defined, capitalised words and terms contained in this announcement shall bear the
same meanings ascribed thereto in the announcement published by Sovereign on SENS on Thursday,
6 October 2016.

Shareholders are hereby advised that the dates on which the Ruling Application will be heard by
the Takeover Special Committee, are Monday, 7 November 2016 and Tuesday, 8 November 2016.

Sovereign will notify Shareholders of the outcome of the Ruling Application, once the Takeover Special
Committee has made its ruling.
