CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS


Shareholders are advised that the company’s financial director, Adrian Bock has resigned, from a date to be
determined and anticipated to be during December 2016.

The Board, led by the Remunerations and Nominations Committee Chairperson, has commenced with the
process of appointing a new financial director.

A further announcement in this regard will be released in due course.
