Application was made to the JSE Limited (“JSE”) for the listing of 35 000 ETN’S under
Investec Bank Limited’s Domestic Medium Term Note and Preference Share Programme
dated 4 September 2013, for an aggregate subscription price of USD 35 000 000
(equivalent to ZAR 488 320 910 using a ZAR/USD exchange rate of 13.95206).

The 35 000 IBETN1 ETN’s will be issued to subscribers on the date of listing being 19
October 2016 with effect from commencement of trade.
