Shareholders are advised that Assore has terminated the
services of Computershare Investor Services Proprietary Limited
as transfer secretaries with effect from 31 October 2016.

Assore has appointed Singular Systems Proprietary Limited, of
28 Fort Street Birnam, Johannesburg, 2196, (P.O. Box 785261,
Sandton, 2146) with effect from 1 November 2016 to replace
them.
