POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT

KAP shareholders are advised that the 2016 integrated report, containing the audited
consolidated annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2016, will be made
available on KAP’s website at www.kap.co.za. on Friday, 14 October 2016. The integrated
report will be mailed by Friday 21 October 2015 to those KAP shareholders who have
requested copies. There are no qualifications or changes to the audited results which were
announced on SENS on 15 August 2016. Shareholders are furthermore advised that the
Company’s annual general meeting of shareholders shall be held on Wednesday, 30
November 2016. The notice of annual general meeting shall be mailed to shareholders by no
later than 31 October 2016.
