CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RESPECT OF THE DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT

Holders of Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities are referred to the announcement released on SENS on
Tuesday, 4 October 2016 regarding a quarterly distribution by Ashburton Top 40 ETF to holders of these
securities. As such, this announcement is a correction to the distribution finalisation announcement
published on Tuesday, 4 October 2016. Furthermore, holders of Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities are
advised that no significant changes have been made from the previous announcement other than
rounding discrepancies.

Following the announcement published on 27 September 2016, detailing a possible quarterly distribution
by Ashburton Top 40 ETF to holders of Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities, the manager and trustees
(namely Ashburton Management Company (RF) (Proprietary) Limited and Standard Chartered Bank)
have resolved to make a quarterly distribution to holders of Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities for the
quarter ended 30 September 2016. The distribution will amount to 43.06310 cents (R0.430631) per
Ashburton Top 40 ETF security and is constituted as follows:

Local dividend per security:


    -   Gross local dividend of 22.17135 cents (R0.2217135) per security to holders who are exempt
        from Dividends Tax
    -   Net local dividend of 18.84565 cents (R0.1884565) per security to holders who are not exempt
        from Dividends Tax

Net foreign dividend not taxed (S64N rebate):

    -   Gross foreign dividend of 6.76437 cents (R0.0676437) per security. Foreign tax withheld of 15%
        amounts to 1.01465 cents (R0.0101465) per security. Net foreign dividend of 5.74972 cents
        (R0.0574972) per security. This dividend is not subject to South African dividend tax.

Foreign dividend per security subject to South African dividend tax:

    -   Gross foreign dividend of 15.14203 cents (R0.1514203) per security to holders who are exempt
        from Dividend Tax
    -   Net foreign dividend of 12.87073 cents (R0.1287073) per security to holders who are not exempt
        from Dividend Tax

Payment will be effected on Monday, 17 October 2016 to all holders of Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities
recorded in the register on Friday, 14 October 2016.

Additional information:

The dividend distribution as outlined above is subject to the Dividends Tax that was introduced with effect
from 1 April 2012. The dividend, as defined in the Income Tax Act of 1962, is payable from dividends
accumulated in the fund. The South African Dividend Tax rate of 15% has been applied to both local and
foreign dividends.

There are 17,000,000 Ashburton Top 40 ETF securities in issue. The total dividend amount payable is
R7,320,726.

Ashburton Top 40 ETF Income Tax number is 2144/830/14/4.
