NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Shareholders are advised that the integrated report for the four month period ended
30 June 2016 was distributed to shareholders today, 30 September 2016, and contains no
modifications to the preliminary audited summarised consolidated results for the four month
period ended 30 June 2016 released on SENS on 6 September 2016.
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders of Datacentrix will be held
at 09:00 on Friday, 25 November 2016 at the registered office of the Company, Corporate Park
North, 238 Roan Crescent, Old Pretoria Road, Midrand, 1685, to conduct the business stated in
the notice of annual general meeting, which is contained in the integrated report.
The board of directors of Datacentrix has determined that, in terms of section 62(3)(a), as read
with section 59 of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), the record date for the purposes of
determining which shareholders of the Company are entitled to participate in and vote at the
annual general meeting is Friday, 18 November 2016. Accordingly, the last day to trade in
Datacentrix shares in order to be recorded in the Register to be entitled to vote at the annual
general meeting will be Tuesday, 15 November 2016.
The integrated report for the four month period ended 30 June 2016 is available on the
Company’s website at www.datacentrix.co.za.
