Listing of additional AfricaPalladium debentures - ETFPLD

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 28 September 2016, issued an additional 400,000
AfricaPalladium debentures at an approximate issue price of R95.14 per additional
AfricaPalladium debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 3,959.937 troy
ounces of Palladium.

After the additional issue, there will be 53,200,000 AfricaPalladium debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 532 803.759 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
