CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Shareholders are advised that Karen Bodenstein has been appointed as an independent non-executive director to the
board of Greenbay (“the Board”) and chairperson of the audit and risk committees with effect from 27 September
2016.
It is further advised that Jose Jorge Goncalves da Costa has resigned from the Board effective from 27 September 2016.
The Board wishes to thank Mr da Costa for his valuable contribution to the Company.
Greenbay has its primary listing on the Stock Exchange of Mauritius Ltd (“SEM”) and a secondary listing on the
Alternative Exchange of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
