CHANGE OF NAME OF INTERNATIONAL HOTEL GROUP LIMITED TO INTERNATIONAL HOTEL PROPERTIES LIMITED AND NEW ISIN


Further to the announcement issued on 23 September 2016, shareholders are advised that the change of name of the
Company from “International Hotel Group Limited” to “International Hotel Properties Limited” was registered with
the British Virgin Islands authorities on 23 September 2016.

The Company will commence trading under the name International Hotel Properties Limited and the ISIN
VGG487261064 on 5 October 2016 as previously set out in the Extraordinary General Meeting notice dated
24 August 2016 and circulated to shareholders.

The abbreviated name of the Company will remain “Inthotel” and the JSE share code will remain “IHL”.
