APPOINTMENTS TO THE WESIZWE PLATINUM BOARD

Wesizwe is pleased to announce the appointment to the
board of two non-executive directors, Mr Li Pengfei and
Ms Zhou Xiaoyin, with immediate effect.

Mr Pengfei (PHD industrial Economics and MBA) is
currently an executive director of Investment in China
Africa Development Fund and possesses extensive skills
in project valuation, investment instruments, project
implementation attained over a period of more than 16
years of multinational experience. He also serves in
several boards of project companies in China.

Ms Zhou Xiaoyin (Bachelor of Laws) is in-house counsel
for the Jinchuan Group and has extensive experience in
international law matters.
