The SBK 13 Notes are subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Programme Memorandum dated 29 October 2008 (the “Programme Memorandum”) as read together with the Applicable Pricing Supplement issued in respect of the SBK 13 Notes dated 19 November 2009 (the “Applicable Pricing Supplement”).
