PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES

NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,000,000 Palladium
Debentures. The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 9,901.115 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.

Following the de-listing there will be 25,184,696 NewGold Palladium Debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 249,356.576 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
