Ms Mosiah has held various roles in both local and multinational companies within the Pharmaceutical and Medical gas industries over the past 20 years. She is a member of the Institute of Directors of South Africa (IoDSA), the South African Quality Institute (SAQI) and the Business Women’s Association of South Africa (BWASA). Ms Mosiah is the holder of the 2010 South African Boss of the Year Leadership Award, as well has having been presented with the Laureate Excellence Award by the University of Pretoria. She holds a Diploma in Science Education (UNIWEST), a B.Sc. with Honours in General Physiology (Wits), a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (Wits), an MBA (GIBS) and an executive leadership certificate from Oxford University’s Säid School of Business. The Board welcomes Ms Mosiah, and looks forward to her contribution to the Company. CHANGES IN FUNCTION Mr Abie Da Silva will cease acting as Chairman of the Board and will resume his role as Chief Executive Officer. Mr Eric Ratshikhopha will be appointed as Chairman of the Board and will no longer serve as Chairman of the Social and Ethics Committee.
