RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

In accordance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the Listings
Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby
informed that Mr Wenliang Ma has resigned from his position
as financial director with immediate effect.

The Board would like to thank Mr Ma for his
valuable contribution to the Company and wishes him well on
his future endeavours.
