Retirement of founding member and non-executive director

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that, after
40 years of service and dedication, Sir John Alfred Sherry,
founding member and non-executive director of Jasco is retiring,
with effect from 13 September 2016.

Sir Sherry will be emigrating permanently to Malta. His
involvement within the Group is not entirely over as he will be
consulting to Jasco, with a focus on expanding the business to
the Middle East and North Africa.

Sir Sherry founded Jasco in 1976 and served as Chairman until
1998. He was appointed non-executive director in 1998 and was
honoured for his humanitarian deeds when he was knighted in Malta
in 1998. He was granted the title of Chevalier.
