In compliance with paragraph 3.59 shareholders are advised that Mr Lebogang Mogoane has
resigned as company secretary of YeboYethu with effect from today, Friday 9 September 2016.
Mr Avinash Dhanasir has been appointed as company secretary of the company with effect from
Friday 9 September 2016.
