DECLARED DIVIDEND ANNOUNCEMENT ON NASPERS LIMITED HOT ENHANCED DIVIDEND SECURITIES - (“NPNIHE”)


With reference to the dividend announcement, the Directors of Naspers Limited have declared a dividend of 520 cents
per ordinary share payable on Monday, 19 September 2016 to ordinary shareholders recorded in the books of the
company at the close of business on Friday, 16 September 2016.

In terms of the new Dividend Tax effective 1 April 2012, the following additional information is disclosed:

1)   local dividend tax rate is 15%;
2)   net local dividend amount is 442.00 cents per share for shareholders liable to pay the new Dividends Tax and
     520 cents per share for shareholders exempt from paying the new Dividends Tax; and
3)   the issued share capital of Naspers Limited is 437,920,115 ordinary shares.

Accordingly, the holders of NPNIHE will receive a Naspers Limited dividend amount per ordinary share payable on
Monday, 19 September 2016 in terms of the Cession clause incorporated in the Supplement between the holders and
Investec Bank Limited. The last day to trade (“cum” the dividend) in order to participate in the dividend will be
Tuesday, 13 September 2016.

NPNIHE Hot Enhanced Dividend Securities will commence trading “ex” the dividend from the commencement of
business on Wednesday, 14 September 2016 and the record date will be Friday, 16 September 2016.
