NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Oakbay Resources’ audited Annual Financial Statements for the year ended 29
February 2016, were published on the Company’s website at www.oakbay.co.za,
today, 31 August 2016.
The Company’s Integrated Annual Report for the year ended 29 February 2016, which
includes a copy of the Notice of Annual General Meeting were published on the
Company’s website on 31 August 2016.
The audited Annual Financial Statements contain no changes from the reviewed
provisional condensed consolidated group results published on SENS on 7 June 2016.
The Annual Financial Statements were audited by the group’s auditors,
SizweNtsalubaGobodo Inc. Their unqualified report is incorporated in the audited
Annual Financial Statements and is also available for inspection at the group’s
registered office.
Shareholders are advised that the Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at
10h00 on Friday the 30th of September 2016 at Grayston Ridge Office Park, Block A,
Lower Ground Floor, 144 Katherine Street, Sandown, Sandton, South Africa to
transact the business as stated in the Notice of AGM, which was distributed to
shareholders and published on the Company’s website on 31 August 2016.
The record date for purposes of determining which shareholders are entitled to
participate in and vote at this AGM is 23 September 2016.
