Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement
published on SENS on 1 June 2016 and renewed on 14 July 2016,
and are hereby advised that the Company’s negotiations to
potentially acquire a Viable Asset are still ongoing.

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a
further announcement is made.
