APPOINTMENT OF NEW AUDITOR, AMENDMENT TO THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION AND PROPOSED
CHANGE OF NAME OF THE COMPANY


IHL, the hotel and leisure focused property investment company, is pleased to announce that the following documents have been
sent to shareholders today:-

- the notice of the Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on Friday, 23 September 2016 (“EGM”);
- form of proxy in respect of the EGM; and
- form of surrender for use by certificated shareholders,
(together, the “Documents”).

A copy of the Documents can be found on the investors section of the website - http://www.internationalhotelgrouplimited.com/Investors.

The EGM will be held at 9.00 am (BVI time) on Friday, 23 September 2016 at Coastal Buildings, Wickham’s Cay II, Road Town,
Tortola, BVI. The record date to attend and vote at the EGM will be 5.00 pm on Friday, 16 September 2016 (SA and LUX time).

The purpose of the EGM is to consider:-

-   the appointment of a new auditor;
-   the authorisation of the Directors to determine the remuneration of the new auditor;
-   the Company’s change of name to International Hotel Properties Limited; and
-   an amendment to the Articles of Association of the Company.
