Notification of Credit Event
Capitalised terms used and not otherwise defined in this announcement have the meaning given to
them in the Applicable Final Terms as read with the Programme Memorandum.

Notice is hereby given to all holders of the SGI CLNS24 (“the Note”) issued in terms of SG Issuer’s
R40,000,000 Programme on 25 January 2016 that a Bankruptcy Credit Event occurred with respect
to the Reference Entity “Groupo Isolux Corsan Finance B.V.” on 28 July 2016, as a result of the filing
by the Reference Entity on 28 July 2016 of a petition for suspension of payments (surseance van
betaling) in the Amsterdam District Court pursuant to Article 214 of the Dutch Bankruptcy Act
(Faillissementswet).

The Credit Event Determination Date in respect of this Credit Event is 2 August 2016.

This notice also constitutes the Notice of Publicly Available Information with respect to this Credit
Event. Accordingly, we advise that the Publicly Available Information is accessible through the
