Shareholders are referred to the announcement relating to the proposed merger of Sentula Coal
Proprietary Limited and Close-Up Mining Proprietary Limited, dated 27 June 2016, and are advised
that a circular setting out the details of the proposed merger and containing a notice of a general
meeting of shareholders, will be posted to shareholders by no later than 30 September 2016.
