TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i) of the Listings Requirements of the Johannesburg
Stock Exchange, listed companies are required to publish a trading statement as
soon as they become reasonably certain that the financial results for the next period
to be reported on will be more than 20% different from those of the previous
corresponding period or from a profit forecast previously provided to the market in
relation to such period.
Shareholders are advised that it is reasonably certain that for the period ended
30 June 2016 the loss per share and headline loss per share are expected to reflect
increased losses of between 61% (1,73 cents per share) and 65% (1,83 cents per
share) when compared to the loss per share and headline loss per share of
2,83 cents reported for the period ended 30 June 2015.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been
reviewed and reported on by the company’s auditors.
The company expects its results for the period ended 30 June 2016 to be released on
SENS on or about 23 September 2016.
