LISTING OF ADDITIONAL AfricaGold debentures

Africa ETF has, from commencement of 19 August 2016, issued an additional 100,000
AfricaGold debentures at an approximate issue price of R180.0829 per additional AfricaGold
debentures, following subscriptions in respect of approximately 992.029 fine troy ounces of gold
bullion.

After the additional issue, there will be 400,000 AfricaGold debentures in issue, referencing
approximately 3,985.438 fine troy ounces of gold bullion.
