NOTICE TO AFFECTED PERSONS OF EVRAZ HIGHVELD STEEL AND VANADIUM LIMITED
(IN BUSINESS RESCUE) OF COURT PROCEEDINGS INSTITUTED UNDER
CASE NO:     26911/2016



1.    Please note that pursuant to the provisions of sections 144, 145,
      and 146 of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008 as amended (“the
      Companies Act”), notice is hereby given to all affected persons
      of an application (“the application”) issued by Highveld’s joint
      business rescue practitioners (“the BRPs”) against Air Liquide
      Proprietary Limited (“Air Liquide”).

2.    In accordance with Regulation 6 of the Companies Act, the details
      of the application are as follows:

      2.1.     On 4 August 2016, the BRPs issued the application in terms
               whereof the BRPs seek to, inter alia, cancel certain
               obligations imposed on Highveld in terms of a supply
               agreement concluded between Highveld and Air Liquide, as
               contemplated in terms of section 136(2)(b) of the Companies
               Act.

      2.2.     Air Liquide has opposed the application and will file its
               answering affidavit in due course.

3.    A copy of the application is available on Highveld’s website
      under Business Rescue at
