UPDATE: RECRUITMENT OF GROUP CHIEF EXECUTIVE

Further to the announcement of 8 February 2016, the Company
advises that it has made significant progress in the recruitment
of a Group Chief Executive and is at the advanced stage of
finalising an appointment.

A further announcement will follow in due course.

The JSE has accordingly provided an extension for a period of 3
months in terms of paragraph 3.84 (g).
