WITHDRAWAL OF CAUTIONARY

Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 25 July 2016 and to the
announcement published on SENS on 11 August 2016 wherein shareholders were advised that the company
had concluded an agreement to acquire the entire issued share capital of Conlog Proprietary Limited which
acquisition will be funded by the implementation of a R750 million claw-back rights offer. Accordingly,
shareholders are advised that caution is no longer required to be exercised when dealing in the company’s
securities.
