The board of directors of ABIL (“the Board”) hereby confirms that the Net Asset Value of 30.8 cents per share, as disclosed, is correct and calculated in terms of the Guide on Pro Forma Financial Information issued by SAICA. The Board have been advised by the JSE Limited that the note to the Financial Results indicating that “Net Asset Value per ordinary share calculated as at 31 March 2016 using total equity is 106.1 cents per share” is contrary to the JSE Listings Requirements and accordingly, such note is hereby retracted.
