In compliance with paragraph 2.6A(a) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised
that the Board has resolved to terminate its appointment of Deloitte & Touche Sponsor Services (Pty) Ltd
as Sponsor to the Company with effect from 10 August 2016.

The Board wishes to thank Deloitte & Touche Sponsor Services (Pty) Ltd for its many years of excellent
service.

An announcement concerning the replacement Sponsor will be made immediately upon their notification
of acceptance of appointment.
