                              REPORT ON VOTING RESULTS

In accordance with section 11.3 of National Instrument 51-102: Continuous Disclosure
Obligations, the following are the results of voting on the matters submitted to the Annual General
Meeting of Eastern Platinum Limited (the “Company”) held on July 5, 2016 (the “Meeting”).

Fix number of Directors

The ordinary resolution fixing the number of directors at 6 was approved on a show of hands.

Election of Directors

Each of the six director nominees put forth by Ka An Development Co. Limited, which holds
12,777,994 common shares of the Company, representing approximately 13.79% of the
outstanding common shares, was elected a director of the Company to serve until the next annual
general meeting of the Company or until his successor is duly elected or his office is earlier
vacated. None of the director nominees set forth in the Company’s 2015 Management Information
Circular was elected. Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting voted
as follows:

Appointment of Auditors

On a show of hands, shareholders voted to appoint Deloitte LLP as auditors of the Company to
hold office until the close of the next annual general meeting of the Company, and the directors of
the Company were authorized to fix the remuneration of the auditors.
