PARTIAL DELISTING OF NEWGOLD PALLADIUM DEBENTURES


NewGold has, from commencement of business today, de-listed 1,200,000 Palladium
Debentures. The de-listing is as a result of the redemption of approximately 11,886.036 fine troy
ounces of Palladium.


Following the de-listing there will be 26,184,696 NewGold Palladium Debentures in issue,
referencing approximately 259,360.199 fine troy ounces of Palladium.
